When posting a vacancy you have several options:
This option is appropriate if you are looking to find new suppliers, have a position which is outside the scope of your PSL or simply want to assess the fair market rate. Vacancies are posted anonymously, and recruiters on the marketplace will request engagement to work on your role. Only when you select and engage with chosen suppliers will they receive your contact details and be able to send you CVs.
You have the option to first publish a job to your PSL, and if they fail to fill it you can then open it up to the marketplace.
