Not at all. TalentPuzzle actively encourages the two parties to speak and build a relationship. As soon as an agency is engaged on a vacancy, the employer's contact details are released. By enabling you to identify the most effective suppliers, TalentPuzzle lets you focus all your attention on the ones that work best for you.
One of the key benefits of TalentPuzzle is our standard set of terms for employers and suppliers, reducing the time you spend on administering and negotiating multiple terms. In some cases, we accommodate special variations -- in these cases, all suppliers working on the vacancy must explicitly agree to any variation.
A recruitment supplier owns a candidate for 180 days after initial CV submission. If the employer hires the candidate during this period for any role within the company, the employer owes the supplier a placement fee.
If you aren’t fully satisfied with the candidate within the first 60 days, TalentPuzzle gives you a 100% refund unless otherwise agreed. There is a standard 60 day 100% rebate period, unless agreed otherwise.
